STRAND TEST for bleaching, dyeing, and perming:

1. Put on protective gloves.
2. Cut a section of hair to test from the rest of the weft. It's best to choose a strand prior to installation.
3. Apply bleach/hair color/perm to the section by following the process outlined in your personalized instructions. Using a plastic utensil and bowl mix chemicals for the strand test. Tightly (and immediately) close the chemical bottles.
4. Allow the  chemical to process for the time recommended in the instructions included with the chemicals. 
5. Rinse thoroughly and wash section if required.
6. Wait 24 hours to make sure you are happy with the hair color results.
7. If you are happy with the color, proceed to the full application as outlined in your personalized instructions. This should be done no more than 48 hours after the strand test is complete.
