Directions: Prep your arches with a spoolie to tame and groom hairs. Draw small, hair-like strokes in the direction of your natural hair growth and fill in any sparse areas. Before the color sets and dries, brush through your filled in eyebrows with a spoolie to create a soft-focus finish. *TIP: if the tip is drying out sooner than expected, it may be due to the way the eyeliner is being stored when not being used. Store the eyeliner with the felt tip facing downward and that should provide for easy application!
