At Beauty Depot O-Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your beauty products, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your printed authorization form.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
